Retail Store Manager – CRDeals

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of your location, including sales, staffing, merchandising, customer service, inventory management, and profitability. We are looking for motivated leaders who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy building winning teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate store associates to achieve sales and operational goals
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage daily store operations
• Maintain high merchandising and store presentation standards
• Monitor inventory levels and merchandise flow
• Control labor costs and scheduling
• Analyze store performance and implement improvement plans
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail management experience
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising preferred
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends
