Shift Team Leader Will:

• Communicate with co-workers and direct supervision to receive instructions and coordinate activities.
• Organize daily shipping and receiving activity.
• Order disbursement.
• Ensure overall cleanliness of the work area.
• Have aptitude to use and operate a computer including basic e-mail functions as well as operate a scanning device.
• Supervise Warehouse Associates/Forklift Operators.
• Review associate timecards.
• Perform associate evaluations and handle associate discipline when needed.
• Perform functions within our Customers data base (SAP), this includes completions and transfers.
• Be present on a set and predictable schedule.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High School diploma or GED
• One-year supervisory experience
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Basic computer skills

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally Reaching above shoulder height and bending below waist Sitting for several hours
