Blockchain Engineer (Remote)

## What You'll Do

* Design and develop smart contracts, blockchain infrastructure, and decentralized applications.
* Build and maintain cross-chain bridges, messaging protocols, and interoperability solutions.
* Design and implement DeFi protocols, including DEXs, liquidity systems, yield-generating products, lending protocols, and vault strategies.
* Develop backend services and blockchain integrations using Rust, Golang, and TypeScript.
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design secure, scalable, and efficient protocol architectures.
* Perform smart contract reviews, testing, and security-focused development.
* Optimize protocol performance, transaction efficiency, and gas costs.

## Requirements

* 3+ years of blockchain development experience.
* Strong proficiency in Rust and Golang.
* Experience developing and deploying Solidity smart contracts in production.
* Deep understanding of DeFi protocol architecture and token economics.
* Hands-on experience building or contributing to DEXs, yield protocols, staking systems, or lending platforms.
* Experience working with cross-chain bridges, interoperability protocols, or messaging frameworks.
* Strong understanding of blockchain security best practices and common attack vectors.
* Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern development tooling.
* Familiarity with testing frameworks, deployment pipelines, and protocol monitoring.

## Nice to Have

* Experience with Cosmos SDK, IBC, CosmWasm, or other app-chain ecosystems.
* Experience with Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, and Layer-2 networks.
* Knowledge of bridge security models, relayer systems, and validator architectures.
* Experience building high-frequency trading, market-making, or on-chain analytics systems.
* Familiarity with Hyperliquid, Solana, Aptos, Sui, or other high-performance blockchain ecosystems.
* Experience with MEV, liquidity routing, AMM design, or derivatives protocols.
* Proficiency in Python for research, analytics, or automation tooling.
* Previous experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects.
