Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance are required.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is required.
- Homecare Homebase experience is required.

- Local travel is required.
