We seek those who share our commitment to customer service, innovation, and ingenuity.Role Overview:The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for building high-impact talent pipelines and delivering qualified candidates across critical technical roles, including Engineering, IT, Automation & EPC. This role is measured on speed, quality, and consistency of pipeline generation, with a strong focus on proactive outreach, candidate engagement, and conversion.This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is driven by results. The Technical Sourcing Recruiter will manage up to 10 active requisitions at a time, owning pipeline health, outreach strategy, and candidate engagement to consistently deliver against hiring goals.Key Responsibilities:Own and drive proactive sourcing strategies across Engineering, IT, Automation, and O&M roles, focusing on niche and hard-to-fill skill setsManage up to 10 - 15 active requisitions simultaneously, maintaining strong, conversion-ready pipelines for each roleGenerate consistent candidate flow through high-volume outreach, including LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, networking, and referralsConduct outbound calls and direct candidate engagement to increase response rates and accelerate pipeline conversionIdentify, engage, and convert both passive and active candidates through targeted outreach and follow-upsConduct initial screening and qualification to ensure candidates meet technical and role requirements before submissionPartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities, candidate profiles, and market conditionsProvide real-time market intelligence, including talent availability, compensation insights, and competitor activityTrack outreach activity, response rates, pipeline health, and conversion metrics using ATS and sourcing toolsEnsure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, follow-ups, and professional engagementContinuously optimize outreach strategies, messaging, and sourcing channels to improve efficiency and resultsAttending and organizing local job fairs, hiring events, military recruiting events, and community outreachRequirementsBasic (Required) Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsProven experience supporting Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), IT, Automation, Project Management & O&M hiringDemonstrated ability to manage ~10 + concurrent requisitions while maintaining strong pipeline activity and qualityProven track record of high-volume outreach (messages, emails, and calls) with strong candidate engagement and conversion ratesStrong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platformsData-driven mindset with the ability to track outreach metrics, pipeline conversion, and time-to-slateExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute with urgencyPhysical requirements and working conditions: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 20 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.Preferred Qualifications:Experience sourcing within power generation, energy, EPC, or industrial/manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM toolsExperience with talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and workforce planningExperience working in high-growth or scaling organizationsStrong Excel/ reporting experience is a plusBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug InsuranceCompany-Paid Life InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Wellness Programs and Incentives401(k) Retirement Plan & Company MatchPaid Time Off – Sick & Vacation TimePaid HolidaysHybrid Work Schedule!Cool Open-Office ConceptDo you have what it takes to join the ERock team?
