Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond according to established protocols.

Review test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.

Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for the testing process as necessary.

Document all procedures meticulously, mentor new staff or students, and assist in maintaining lab quality standards.

Ensure a safe, clean work environment while adhering to regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
