Ensure result accuracy through careful analysis, troubleshooting any errors, and performing preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.

Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members, and ensure compliance with lab quality standards.

Maintain a safe and clean workspace while adhering to regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health education along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within a year of hiring.

Current certification must be maintained throughout employment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork amongst healthcare professionals.

Able to exercise independent judgment and solve problems, even in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.

Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail, particularly concerning quality control and documentation.
