Senior Substation Project Manager

Area : Fully Remote
Shift : 1st Shift
Job Summary :

Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team delivering substation physical and protection & control designs for utilities and EPC partners
Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships throughout all project phases
Review and guide deliverables to ensure technical quality and compliance with industry standards
Foster collaboration and drive a team culture focused on communication, accountability, and innovation
Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement
Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients and team members alike
Apply deep understanding of high-voltage substation design and the power delivery process across all phases of project delivery
Maintain PMP certification (required) to support project leadership and delivery standards; PE license a plus
