Employee Experience Coordinator

The Employee Experience coordinator is one of the few people who interact with employees at every level and in every department. The Employee Experience Coordinator owns the end-to-end employee experience at DCL, ensuring that our people feel supported, welcomed, and empowered to do their best work. The best coordinators can cultivate a positive and successful company culture and keep their coworkers motivated. The goal is to make working as pleasant and easy as possible for your employees, guests, and vendors in the office. The role oversees daily office operations, coordinates employee-related processes, and ensures DCL runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities. Employee & Candidate Experience: Assist with new hire processes, including communication, onboarding coordination, equipment requisitions, and building/parking access. Support recruitment by posting jobs, conduct phone screens, scheduling interviews, and being an ambassador for candidates. Ensure hiring managers and candidates have a seamless process from interview to onboarding. Organize employee lunches, wellness programs, company events & morale‑building activities Assist with routine HR correspondence and partner with marketing on internal communications. Support employee lifecycle processes such as monthly check-ins and coordinating exit interviews. Support leadership with special projects and tasks as needed. Workplace Operations Design and maintain safe, clean, and welcoming office environments aligned with DCL’s culture. Oversee vendor and landlord relationships, ensuring consistent operations and comfort. Partner with IT to maintain workplace technology (entry systems, A/V, printers, connectivity). Manage supplies, snacks, and office budgets. Ensure conference rooms and common areas are appropriately set-up and stocked. Provide general administrative support to meet ongoing company needs. Qualifications 1 year of HR/admin support experience. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in using various technologies. Able to quickly learn systems and software. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-site position requiring consistent presence in the downtown Indianapolis office.
