REMOTE Director of Business Development ( Bilingual)

We are a performance audio brand focused on designing and engineering speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers, and premium audio accessories for vehicles and powersports platforms. The Director of Audio Business Development will own new business initiatives across audio and powersports channels, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence through strategic partnerships, product launches, and high impact go-to-market programs. This is a quota-bearing, hands-on leadership role for a results-oriented sales strategist who thrives on closing deals and building long-term customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Ownership - Manage and grow the product revenue stream across assigned audio and powersports categories.New Business Development - Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with independent retailers, commercial accounts, distributors, and digital platforms.Strategic Partnerships - Lead high-level client engagements, develop compelling proposals, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.Go-to-Market Leadership - Partner with product and marketing teams to plan and execute multi-channel launches that drive awareness and sell-through.Customer Insight - Conduct consumer and channel research to translate market needs into product and solution roadmaps.Sales Enablement - Create and deliver training for retailers, distributors, and end customers to maximize product adoption.Funnel Optimization - Map conversion points, identify drop-offs, and implement tactics to improve conversion and lifetime value.Performance Measurement - Define KPIs, forecast sales, track campaign ROI, and report performance to senior leadership.Brand Stewardship - Ensure consistent brand identity across external collateral, product content, and partner communications.Content and Media - Produce or appear in product demos, social content, and training videos to support demand generation.What Success Looks Like in 6-12 MonthsSecured and onboarded multiple new retail and commercial partners.Delivered measurable sell-through lift from at least one major channel campaign.Launched a coordinated go-to-market plan for a new product line with clear KPIs and reporting cadence.Built repeatable training and enablement programs for partners and retailers.Required QualificationsProven track record of driving sales revenue in consumer electronics, automotive audio, powersports, or adjacent categories.Technical fluency in car and powersports audio systems with the ability to translate features into consumer benefits.Strategic planner who uses analytics and forecasting to create and execute plans that improve profitability across customer types.Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and writing skills.Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.Comfortable on camera for product demos, social media, and training videos.Willingness to travel up to 50 percent for trade shows, partner meetings, and field visits.Valid driver license and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.Preferred AttributesBilingual in Spanish.Experience selling into powersports dealers, specialty retailers, or OEM channels.Background in launching audio products or infotainment solutions.Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools to measure funnel performance and campaign ROI.Passion for audio and hands-on understanding of installation, tuning, and product differentiation.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission or bonus tied to revenue targets, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
