Temporary Events Associate

Support the design, planning, and execution of firm-wide events by managing event platform configuration, coordinating logistics Develop event timelines, recommend delivery and format approaches, and coordinate cross-functional resources Review event data and feedback to recommend improvements to program content, delivery methods, and engagement Produce virtual and hybrid event experiences including platform setup, speaker coordination, technology support, testing, and contingency planning Requirements High school diploma or GED required, associates degree preferred 1+ years of experience required Intermediate level proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs Must be detail-oriented and highly organized Strong ability to build relationships Exemplary customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask/work on multiple projects Travel up to 15% Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in event planning and execution, with a focus on managing logistics, coordinating resources, and enhancing participant engagement through virtual and hybrid experiences.
