Clinical Manager – Behavioral HealthCommunity Wellness Ventures is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee client care and provide supervision to our behavioral health team. This role supports children, youth, adults, and families through high-quality, person-centered mental health services while ensuring compliance, productivity, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities include:Oversee client care and supervise case managers, therapists, and internsProvide at least 10 direct service hours weeklyDevelop and implement treatment plans with a person-centered approachEnsure accurate, timely documentation in the EHR systemManage and support staff performance, training, and compliance with licensure/quality standardsIntervene in crisis situations and provide psychotherapy, case management, and related servicesQualifications:Master's degree or higher in Behavioral HealthMinimum 5 years clinical experience and 1-year supervisory experienceIndependent DC license (LICSW or LPC required)Strong organizational, supervisory, and clinical skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationWhy Join Us: At Community Wellness Ventures, we are committed to culturally competent care and empowering individuals to achieve recovery and wellness.
