Data Support Specialist

Managing client inventory with precision, the remote Data Support Specialist I will handle onboarding, maintain data accuracy, and assist internal teams with complex inventory configurations while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities Execute and manage assigned casework, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established procedures Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients and internal teams, addressing complex data inquiries and anomalies Generate and manage data exports and imports between the platform and third-party sources, while mentoring new personnel Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in computer science, web design, technical project management, or equivalent 4+ years of technical support delivery experience, preferably in a contact center environment 2+ years of hands-on experience with DealerOn's products Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud Virtual Vocations Inc
