StaffUp is seeking Customs Entry Specialist to assist a large and busy 3rd Party Logistics company located in Grand Prairie, TX.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Customs Entry Writer to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. The ideal candidate will have 4–5+ years of experience in customs entry writing and a strong understanding of the customs clearance process.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit customs entries for clearance
- Review import documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients to request missing information or clarification when needed
- Ensure entries are processed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- 4–5+ years of experience writing customs entries required
- Experience submitting customs clearance documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Must be computer savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
- Reliability and dependability are a must
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay based on experience: $20–$30/hour
