We’re hiring an Order Entry and Estimating Specialist to support our sales and operations teams by preparing accurate quotes and entering customer orders with precision. This is a detail-heavy, accuracy-first role — perfect for someone who likes structure, organization, and catching errors before they become expensive problems.

Our positions offer competitive compensation, including:

• Hour rate 
• Compensation will vary depending on experience and skill level. Candidates with cabinetry or closet estimating experience, or those with advanced software skills, may qualify for the higher end of the range.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in order entry, estimating, or administrative support — ideally in cabinetry, millwork, construction, or home improvement.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to read basic construction drawings, elevations, and measurements.

• Proficient with spreadsheets, CRM/ERP systems, and digital file organization.

• Clear, professional communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple jobs at once without losing accuracy
