Quality Assurance EngineerLocation: Orlando, FL Job ID: #73084 Pay Range: $45-53/hr Duration: 12 months Work Schedule: 4/10A-1st Shift Must be able to obtain secret clearance SummaryDevelop, maintain, and audit quality standards, work instructions, and inspection procedures for machined partsPerform technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, drawings, and process documentation.Partner with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with applicable standards.Lead failure investigations, material review board (MRB) actions, and corrective preventive action (CAPA) implementation, guaranteeing reliability and regulatory compliance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost internal and supplier performance and productivity.Required Experience:Candidate must have at least 3 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience writing instructions and FAI's.Candidate must have at least 3 years of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance experienceCandidate must have at least 3 years of experience with use of inspection gages and measuring equipmentBenefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
