Our Community Managers have three main responsibilities: leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service to residents, and administrative duties to keep their real estate asset running smoothly. As a Community Manager, you'll work alongside other professionals as a collaborative team all working toward the same goal: to deliver the best living experience ever. We empower and encourage our team members on-site to make high-level decisions on behalf of the community they manage. Community Managers have constant access to regional supervisors, who help them set property goals, resolve larger issues, and provide checks and balances.

Community Managers at Champion work Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM. These structured hours are in place to ensure our team members have ample time to live life outside of work.
