Accounts Receivable Specialist | Bolingbrook, IL What You'll Do Process and finalize customer invoices Match physical and electronic work orders to sales orders Review documentation for completeness and accuracy Enter and update data with a high degree of accuracy Perform manual invoice adjustments and calculations as needed Import invoices into QuickBooks and send finalized invoices to customers Assist with maintaining organized accounting records and paperwork What We're Looking For Required Previous Accounts Receivable and billing/invoicing experience Hands‑on QuickBooks experience Basic Excel skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Some college coursework or degree Experience with filing and document management Ideal Candidate Detail‑oriented and highly organized Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Self‑motivated and focused Able to manage repetitive processes with accuracy Professional and dependable #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
