Internal Communications Coordinator

Partnering with executive leadership, the full-time remote Internal Communications Coordinator will manage company-wide communications, maintain a communications calendar, and support training logistics to ensure a well-informed and connected workforce. Key responsibilities Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications, including announcements and newsletters, reflecting company culture and voice Coordinate logistics for training programs and manage content for the company intranet to enhance employee engagement and resource accessibility Support change management communications during organizational initiatives and track training compliance for leadership visibility Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 2 to 4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related HR functions Demonstrated experience managing a company intranet and familiarity with LMS platforms Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint and Teams Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
