Aftermarket Program Manager

Job title: Aftermarket Business Development Manager Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite; remote 1 day every other week) Type: Direct Hire Schedule: 9/80, 1st Shift Overview: Responsible for developing and executing aftermarket product-line strategies to drive revenue and profitability across commercial and military aerospace programs. Key Responsibilities: Own aftermarket financial goals, revenue growth, sales forecasts, and annual plans. Develop strategies for repairs, spares, logistics, contracts, pricing, and retrofit opportunities. Serve as a strategic customer contact and build long-term customer relationships. Lead proposals, contract negotiations, business cases, and cross-functional projects. Conduct competitive/market analysis and identify new business opportunities. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Aftermarket teams to resolve customer issues and improve performance. Use analytics to optimize product portfolios, channels, revenue, and earnings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in high-level program management .
