Regional Sales Manager - Federal Systems Integrators

Job Summary Regional Sales Manager, Federal System Integrators is a significant driver of company revenue and growth. You’re responsible for leading and driving sales engagements, meeting and exceeding quotas by crafting strategic territory plans targeting deployments of the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform. Impact Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles and work with internal partners to serve customers. Initiate long‑standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors. Create and implement strategic account plans focused on enterprise‑wide deployments. Understand the competitive landscape and position Palo Alto Networks effectively. Engage a programmatic approach to demand, generate, develop, and expand territory. Leverage prospect stories to build compelling value propositions. Stay updated on industry news and trends. Travel within territory and to company meetings as necessary. Qualifications Experience working with FSI customers such as HII, CACI, SPA, ECS. Knowledge of SaaS‑based architectures, preferably in networking or security; awareness of SASE technology preferred. Experience cultivating relationships with channel partners to bring a channel‑centric go‑to‑market approach. Able to lead all aspects of the sales cycle: qualifying, developing, and closing new, white‑space territories and accounts. Deep knowledge of U.S. DOD, intelligence community, or Civilian Agencies. Successful track record selling complex solutions. Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work autonomously. Highly competitive, ramp quickly, adaptive, and exceeding production goals. Compensation Disclosure The compensation for this position depends on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates receiving an offer, the starting base salary (or base salary + commission target for sales roles) is expected to be within the annual range listed below.
