Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule complex patient procedures, ensuring all necessary preparations are in place.
• Manage patient appointments, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in scheduling systems.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, promptly answering telephone inquiries and gathering essential screening information.
• Effectively take, relay, and manage messages, ensuring clear and timely communication across teams.
• Provide routine information to patients and staff, demonstrating exceptional customer service.

Eligibility Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
• Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong background in surgical scheduling or coordination.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in an administrative role, with a preference for experience within a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with hospital administration processes and healthcare regulations.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and patients.
• Medical Clearance Requirements: Must provide proof of TB testing, MMR, Varicella (Chicken Pox), and seasonal Flu vaccination (when in season).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a Related Field of Study.
• 1-2 years of experience supporting senior-level staff.
