Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking to hire a Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator who is excited about a fun and rewarding career in the Dental field. This is a Full-Time position with competitive pay and great benefits! This position requires the availability to float between all four offices as needed.

At Timberlane Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, our goal is to provide patients with the expert, quality care they want in the comfortable, personal environment they deserve. The atmosphere in our Burlington, South Burlington, Essex Junction, and Shelburne offices is professional, yet relaxed and welcoming.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual a plus).
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in multiple office locations (South Burlington, Essex, Burlington and Shelburne).

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with check-in and forms.
• Manage scheduling, calls, emails and insurance updates.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and communication with schedulers and clinicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and process payments.
• Provide excellent customer service while upholding privacy.
• Maintain professionalism and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
