Sales Appointment Setter | Call Center
Onsite in Byron Center, MI | Full-Time | Steady Schedule | Hourly Base Pay + Uncapped Bonus Potential
Looking for a steady full-time schedule, but want the opportunity to earn more for the effort you put in?
At BathWorks, we're looking for people who are naturally good with others, communicate confidently, and are motivated by goals. You'll connect with warm leads who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi® shower or bath remodel, build trust, and help them take the next step.
What You'll Do- Connect with and follow up with warm leads
- Build rapport and understand homeowner needs
- Answer questions and handle objections
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Confident and comfortable talking with people
- Motivated by goals and earning potential
- Dependable, competitive, and coachable
- Someone who takes pride in working hard and getting results
- Ready to learn and grow in a performance-based environment
- Sunday- Thursday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Starts onsite in Byron Center with potential hybrid/remote flexibility after 90 days based on training completion and KPI performance.
Pay, Growth & Benefits- Hourly base + uncapped bonuses
- Typical earnings of $50,000–$70,000/year
