Job Description \n * Specialty: CRNA \n * Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Hospital-Based level 2 trauma center. 475 beds \n * Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend. Provider must be available to work 32-40 hours per week, 8's or 10's between Monday-Friday. Must be available to work either Monday or Friday every week as part of schedule. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call. \n * Case Mix: Daily volume of approx 50 surgical cases. Join a collaborative anesthesia team at a respected Michigan hospital providing care across a full patient demographic - from pediatrics to geriatrics. This is a supervised CRNA role with a strong focus on general surgical cases and opportunities to engage in neurosurgical procedures and spinal anesthesia. \n * Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised model. OR staff typically includes a surgeon, CRNA, supervising Anesthesiologist, RN, scrub tech, and sometimes a first assist or resident. \n * Credentialing Time-Frame: 60 days \n * Active MI License: Yes, required to present \n * Certifications: ACLS and BLS through AHA required.
