Sales Account Manager – Commercial Services

Virginia Beach, VA & Surrounding Markets
Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours
$40,000 Base Salary + 5% Uncapped Commission
Expected Earnings: $77,500+ Fully Ramped

We're looking for an energetic, relationship-focused professional to develop new commercial accounts and grow long-term client relationships throughout Hampton Roads.

Sales experience is helpful, but not required. We value authenticity, work ethic, and the ability to build trust more than a polished sales pitch.

What You'll Be Selling

You'll represent our full portfolio of commercial services, including:

• Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning
• Commercial Floor Care
• Tile & Grout Cleaning
• Commercial Carpet Cleaning
• Air Duct Cleaning
• Dumpster Pad Pressure Washing
• Exterior Pressure Washing
• Upholstery Cleaning
• Water Damage Restoration
• Mold Remediation

You'll focus heavily on building relationships with:

• Restaurants
• Hotels
• Hospitality Groups
• Commercial Kitchens
• Property Managers
• Commercial Facilities

What You'll DoGenerate New Business

• Visit local businesses and introduce our services
• Build relationships with owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Identify opportunities for recurring service contracts
• Network within the local business community
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Build Long-Term Relationships

• Become a trusted resource for clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• Follow up consistently
• Grow existing accounts through additional services

Manage Sales Activity

• Conduct facility walkthroughs
• Prepare estimates and proposals
• Maintain CRM records
• Work closely with operations to ensure excellent customer service

Compensation & Growth

$40,000 Base Salary

5% Uncapped Commission

Revenue Goal: Approximately $750,000 annually when fully ramped

Expected Earnings: Approximately $77,500+ annually with additional upside
