Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Chicago Ridge . Having high quality Leaders and Managers is an integral part to our success. Your support in the back of house operations will be essential to a successful restaurant operation and maintaining a positive work culture.

Your Impact

Overseeing Back-of-House operations
Assisting Management in coaching, training, and developing Kitchen Team Members
Ensuring high-quality food production, accuracy, and speed of service
Ensuring full compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards
Communicating goals, expectations, and results with team members on a daily basis

Background Profile

Must be 18 years or older (Required)
Ability to close at least 3 shifts per week including Friday and Saturday, but prefers Open Availability (Required)
Previous restaurant / kitchen experience (Required)
Excel at working under high stress situations and a fast-paced environment
Available to work a minimum of 35 hours/week
