Job Summary

The Part-Time Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and connecting Health Care Connectors’ marketing, business development, referral, and CRM efforts.

This role will utilize Salesforce and other marketing tools to monitor referral activity, campaign performance, sales activity, admissions, referral-source performance, and overall marketing effectiveness. The Marketing Operations Specialist will help turn information into actionable recommendations that allow leadership and the Business Development team to understand what is driving growth, where additional support may be needed, and how marketing efforts can better support referral and sales activity.

This position will also support Salesforce data integrity, reporting, email and CRM campaigns, digital marketing performance, and HCC’s broader online presence. The role will work closely with leadership, Business Development, Intake, and external marketing partners to establish priorities, evaluate results, and identify opportunities to strengthen HCC’s visibility and market presence.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, digitally savvy, comfortable working with CRM platforms and marketing technology, and able to translate performance information into clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Sales Operations, CRM Management, Revenue Operations, or a related role preferred
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
• Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, campaign management, or CRM-based communications
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, local search, website performance, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar digital marketing tools
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience organizing, reviewing, and presenting business information
• Understanding of lead tracking, referral pipelines, conversion activity, sales processes, and performance reporting
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify trends, gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate information into clear recommendations
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with leadership, Business Development, Intake, Operations, and external marketing partners

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and monitor Salesforce and CRM data to ensure information is accurate, complete, consistent, and current
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track referrals, admissions, conversion rates, sales activity, account performance, and key business development metrics
• Review referral-source and Business Development activity to identify high-performing, declining, inactive, and emerging opportunities
• Connect sales and outreach activity to referral and admission results and provide recommendations for follow-up, targeting, and strategy adjustments
• Support the development and execution of targeted email and CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
• Monitor HCC’s digital presence across search engines, local search, directories, review platforms, website performance, and emerging AI/GEO search tools
• Work with external marketing partners to review SEO, SEM, paid media, website, content, and digital visibility efforts and help establish measurable priorities
• Track campaign and marketing performance and help determine which initiatives are contributing to leads, referrals, admissions, and overall growth
• Partner with Business Development and Intake teams to improve referral tracking, CRM utilization, data quality, and consistency of processes
• Provide leadership with clear reports, observations, and actionable recommendations related to marketing, referral activity, digital visibility, and organizational growth

Schedule

Part-Time: Approximately 20–25 hours per week

Schedule may be structured based on departmental needs and candidate availability. This position requires consistent availability during the business week to collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Intake, Operations, and leadership.

There may be an opportunity for the position to expand based on organizational growth and business needs.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $30–$40 per hour, commensurate with experience, Salesforce proficiency, and analytical background.
