The Atlantic Group has partnered with a global market research firm in the Stamford, CT area. They have an immediate need for a Remote HR Operations Specialist to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.

 

Locations: Stamford, CT

Work Schedule: Will need to go into the office a few times a month (might change as per need and work)

Interview Process : 2 rounds

 

Summary:

Searching for an HR Operations Specialist to support and improve recruiting systems and processes across a global Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on HR technology administration, end-user support, process improvement, audits, and cross-functional projects.

 

Responsibilities:

-Administer and continuously improve recruiting systems and workflows

-Manage and resolve inbound HR technology requests

-Support recruiters and hiring teams with system questions and troubleshooting

-Conduct audits and maintain data accuracy

-Develop training materials and lead system/process training

-Partner with HR, HRIS, People Analytics, and Talent Acquisition teams

-Support projects focused on improving recruiting efficiency

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree

-3–5 years of relevant HR, Talent Operations, or HRIS experience

-Must live locally and able to travel to the Stamford, CT office when needed

-Experience administering Workday, Beamery, BrightHire, or another HR system

-Strong Excel skills

-Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

-Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
