Operations Associate

High Profile Mid-sized Fund seeks Operations Associate to work as part of small team responsible for all Global Equities operations and settlements. About the Role In summary, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's day-to-day operational activities and helping ensure the accuracy and efficiency of processes across the investment platform. Responsibilities Support daily and monthly cash and position reconciliations, helping maintain accurate books and records across portfolios Liaise with custodians and prime brokers to investigate and resolve trade breaks and other operational discrepancies. Book daily cash flows and support timely, accurate trade settlement. Assist with corporate actions tracking and verification New account/security setup New investor onboarding and cash flows Qualifications Completed college degree required, Finance, Economics or related course of study preferred Required Skills 1-5+ years of experience with trade settlements (global equites preferred) Buy-side experience strongly preferred Experience with cash and position reconciliations, trade settlement, and other core investment operations processes. Extensive equities (domestic and international) experience required; FX, derivatives (P-notes, total return swaps, etc..) is also helpful Must be very organized, quantitative, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge of Advent Axys, Electra, Eze, or similar investment operations systems Preferred Skills FX and derivatives (P-notes, total return swaps, etc..) experience Pay range and compensation package This is a direct hire full time position with a very high end mid-sized firm that offers competitive compensation of $85,000 - $110,000 plus bonus and an amazing benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
