Receptionist - Full Time - Onsite Grapevine, TX

Receptionist (Christian Pro-Life Organization)

The receptionist provides support to the Client Services team in the daily oversight of the administrative duties of the clinic. This is a Monday Friday, daytime position located at our Grapevine Clinic.

Essential Functions:

• Provide phone coverage for the clinic
• Greet and check-in clients for their appointments at the clinic
• Schedule client appointments and follow up on missed appointments
• Maintain client files in scheduling software and input/update information as assigned
• Provide administrative and computer support to management and other staff
• Function as a communications coordinator between individuals and groups
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational, administrative and task management skills
• Previous office administration experience preferred
• Passionately aligned with the mission and vision of Human Coalition
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Intermediate computer skills
• Strong knowledge in word, excel and Microsoft office programs
• Ability to learn new software and other computer programs as needed
• Independent and fast-paced learner
• Self-motivated, able to multitask, goal focused
• Able to work well in a team environment

Licensures, Certifications, Clearances:

• PA Child Abuse History Clearance
• PA State Police Criminal History Clearance
• Federal Bureau of Investigations Criminal History Clearance
