Preconstruction Coordinator

RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a well-established Orlando-based GC/CM with 30+ years of success, a strong presence across Central & South Florida working on projects hospitality, multifamily, commercial, education, and entertainment projects. They’re known for a preconstruction-driven model, early client engagement, and long-term negotiated work—less hard bid, more strategic partnership. Position Summary Support the estimating and preconstruction team by coordinating subcontractor outreach, bid documentation, and proposal logistics. Key Responsibilities Responsible for setting up the project on cloud storage, internal software programs and any additional cloud-based platforms utilized for solicitation of bids. Distribute bid invitations, manage coverage, and follow up with vendors. Track responses, addenda, and subcontractor communications. Assist with scope review meetings and proposal assembly. Maintain subcontractor database and document control systems. Identify and prequalify new subcontractors. Support preconstruction team logistics and administrative needs. Qualifications & Requirements 2–5 years of administrative, estimating support, or coordination experience. Excellent verbal communication and follow-up skills. Strong organizational ability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with construction trades and terminology preferred.
