Human Resource Assistant
Location: Goshen, IN (100% onsite)

• Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance-related documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Salary: $48,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
