Human Resources Generalist - Elkhart, IN | Full-Time, Salary | $65,000 – $70,000/year | M–F, 8a –5p The Role Own day-to-day HR across Himes Holdings and its affiliates. You'll run payroll, benefits, leave, recruiting, compliance, and engagement — with Paycor as your home base. Compensation $65,000 – $70,000/year , based on experience and certifications Full benefits package (details below) What You'll Own Weekly payroll and benefits in Paycor Full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and I-9/E-Verify FMLA, ADA, state leaves, and workers' comp Employment law compliance, handbook, and policies Employee relations, investigations, separations, and unemployment claims OSHA safety and DOT driver files Training, performance, recognition, and engagement events Zero payroll errors each week Applicants moved within 3 days at every stage Employee questions resolved within 2 days Paycor data current within 1 day What You Bring 5–7 years of HR experience Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field preferred Paycor experience highly preferred Working knowledge of employment law SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, or SPHR a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus High integrity, strong communication, sharp attention to detail, master of organization.
