Responsibilities Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Schedule and attend on‑site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process Qualifications Must have a valid Real Estate License Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Present yourself in a professional manner Compensation $46,800 to $57,200 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
