We are seeking a Part time Payroll Clerk who thrives in a dynamic environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about precision and efficiency in payroll processing. What You’ll Do as Part Time Payroll Clerk: Process payroll efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Verify timesheets and prepare payroll invoices in QuickBooks. Assist with payroll submission and employee reactivation in Paylocity. Manage onboarding and updates for new hires. Provide top-tier customer service to employees and clients. What We’re Looking for in our Part Time Payroll Clerk:: ️ 2+ years of payroll experience (third-party processor experience preferred). ️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and QuickBooks. ️ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ️ Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently. ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ️ Reliable transportation and ability to work in-office.
