Job Summary The Inpatient Dietitian is responsible for providing comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to patients across the lifespan—including infants, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics—in an inpatient hospital setting. This includes performing detailed nutrition assessments, diagnosing malnutrition using validated tools (e.g., Malnutrition Screening Tool), and implementing evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes. Conduct complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients with varying levels of acuity. Identify and document malnutrition and nutritional risk in the medical record Requirements Minimum of two (2+) years of clinical experience in Inpatient and/or Critical Care settings.
