Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active California state SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in acute care or hospital-based settings preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia assessment and management preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with instrumented assessments (FEES or MBS) preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records in an acute care environment preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00 — 17:30.
• Shift pattern: 4x10.
• Expected hours: 40 per week.
• Hospital setting; candidate may be asked to float within the system as needed.
