Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6 Months Location: Portland, ME - 04101 Pay Range: $23 - $28 per hour on W2

Job Summary: This role is central to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all individuals within the facility. You will act as a key point of contact, addressing needs and managing essential building services. Your efforts will contribute directly to the smooth operation and welcoming atmosphere of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all staff, visitors, and vendors.
• Manage building access, mail, and deliveries efficiently.
• Coordinate and prepare meeting and common spaces.
• Liaise with external suppliers to maintain building operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve workplace experience issues.

Must-Have Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in core office software and systems.

Experience providing services within a multi-tenant commercial office building is highly desirable.
