L2 Brands is the powerhouse behind Legacy, League, Ouray, Locale, and Wild Tribute brands. We're a fast-moving, close-knit crew that is looking for someone to help lead the charge for our Plymouth Meeting inside sales team.

The Opportunity

Are you part sales pro, part coach, part strategist? As our Inside Sales Manager, you'll spend your days closing deals, mentoring reps, and turning good salespeople into great ones. You'll be on the floor, in the huddle, and in the numbers - helping your team hit (and crush) their goals while building your own book of business along the way. If you love the thrill of the close as much as the satisfaction of watching your team level up, this is your seat.

What You'll Do

• Own your own accounts - prospect, pitch, and close like it's your job (because it is).

• Spend real time on the sales floor (minimum 2 hours a day) coaching reps through calls, quotes, and everything in between.

• Run weekly 1:1s with reps to sharpen their pitch and grow their pipeline.

• Manage the Inside Sales Supervisor and help them become a better leader, one coaching conversation at a time.

• Keep HubSpot humming - fair lead distribution, clean pipelines, and reporting that actually tells a story.

• Bring ideas to the table on strategy, marketing, and how we can keep getting better as a department.

• Jump in wherever needed - covering for teammates on PTO, tackling escalations, and being the go-to problem-solver.

Requirements

What You Bring

• A track record in sales - bonus points if HubSpot or another CRM is already second nature.

• The kind of communication skills that make people want to buy from you (and work for you).

• A thick skin and a sunny outlook - sales has highs and lows, and you ride both with a smile.

• Comfort in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift by lunchtime.

• A finger on the pulse of social media and what's trending in the industry.
