Team members join a stable institution that values service, integrity, and community engagement. Role Description The Relationship Banking Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in St Joseph, MO. This position will work in conjunction with the Relationship Banking Development & Training Manager to create, cultivate, encourage and promote retail sales with the branch staff to meet goals for referrals and retail expansion. Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch Teller and Relationship Banker staff, while following the bank policy for operations. Represents the bank in a manner that maintains and expands business relationships and enhances the bank’s image, contributing to its growth. Ensure excellent customer service in all customer and employee interactions. Qualifications Strong Customer Service abilities to deliver responsive, professional, and empathetic support. Experience in Team Management, including coaching, performance oversight, and staff development. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on-site full time in St Joseph, MO and adapt to a fast-paced branch environment. Manage day-to-day retail operations of the facility.
