Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Consultant, based in Boston, MA showroom with some travel to local client visits. The Design Consultant will work with clients to provide expert advice on interior design elements, focusing on luxury flooring solutions. Daily responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales activities, understanding client needs, collaborating on projects, and staying knowledgeable about industry trends for flooring, furniture, and furnishings to provide tailored recommendations. Qualifications Customer Service and Sales skills to provide exceptional support while driving sales and client satisfaction. Knowledge of Interior Design principles and expertise in furniture and furnishings to assist with sophisticated design projects. Ability to build effective client relationships. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Sales or related experience in luxury home design, flooring, or related industries is not required but is a plus.
