Head of Cardiovascular AI Platform Strategy & Ecosystems Equity-based / founder-track strategic leadership role Remote / U.S. preferred QuanBio is seeking a Head of Cardiovascular AI Platform Strategy & Ecosystems to lead the build-out of our commercial pipeline and strategic ecosystem across clinical, pharma/RWE, digital biomarker, and life-science data partnerships. This is a builder role for someone who can turn cardiovascular AI, physiologic biomarkers, and clinical data intelligence into real commercial inflection points. You will be the primary architect of the commercial bridge between QuanBio’s hemodynamic intelligence platform and the multi-billion-dollar ecosystems of global pharma, clinical research, enterprise healthcare platforms, healthcare AI companies, and medtech strategics. This role is focused on converting high-level strategy into concrete commercial milestones: signed RWE-backed pharma collaborations, multi-center clinical validation partnerships, sponsored research, platform integrations, and revenue-generating pilots. About QuanBio QuanBio is building the physiologic intelligence layer for cardiovascular medicine , connecting high-acuity cardiovascular care with longitudinal pharma, real-world evidence, and digital biomarker intelligence. QuanBio has two connected AI platforms. QuanCardio QuanCardio is our clinical cardiovascular intelligence platform. It applies QuanBio’s physiologic AI engine to cardiovascular care. QuanDigito QuanDigito is our pharma/RWE and digital biomarker platform. It extends QuanBio’s cardiovascular biomarker architecture into longitudinal real-world evidence, digital biomarker intelligence, patient stratification, drug-response monitoring, clinical research, and cardiovascular outcomes. QuanBio’s core asset is its cardiovascular biomarker architecture, physiologic AI engine, multimodal data strategy, and growing clinical validation network. Who we are looking for We are looking for a builder with commercial ownership — someone who can take a complex cardiovascular AI platform and move it into real partnerships, pilots, integrations, and revenue pathways. Operational Architect Someone who treats the commercial pipeline as a core company asset — building it, managing it, and driving every opportunity toward closure. Domain Fluency Ability to understand complex cardiovascular AI, physiologic biomarkers, and RWE data, and convert them into high-value commercial propositions for pharma, medtech, healthcare AI, and enterprise platform partners. Proven Execution A track record of turning strategic leads into concrete outcomes, including signed pilots, RWE partnerships, sponsored validation, platform integrations, or commercial collaborations. Founder Mindset An owner-operator with the discipline to maintain high-velocity execution, CRM rigor, and relentless progress toward commercial milestones. What you will do Own the full commercial funnel, from strategic target identification to executive-level closing. Ecosystem Execution Build and drive partnerships across pharma data organizations, healthcare AI platforms, medtech strategics, clinical research partners, and enterprise healthcare ecosystems. Commercial Inflection Transform QuanBio’s biomarker architecture and longitudinal data assets into signed pilot deployments, sponsored research, RWE collaborations, and platform integrations. Compensation This is initially an equity-based, founder-track strategic leadership role, with the potential to transition into a paid executive position upon financing, commercial partnership, or another defined company milestone.
