Custodial Lead Worker - This position is on a military base located near Stony Point, PETALUMA, CA

 

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

• Assists with supervising and training janitorial crew.
• Leads day-to-day work for janitorial crew. Orders supplies as needed.
• Performs actual janitorial tasks as needed such as waxing & polishing floors, cleaning restrooms, emptying wastebaskets, etc.
• Ensures that all work is performed to NBI quality control requirements and contract specifications.
• Drive clients/employees from designated location to the worksite.

 

Hours :

• Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.

 

Requirements:

• Experience as a Commercial Cleaner, Janitor, or Custodian
• Preferred Supervisory or Management experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must pass a drug test (including medical marijuana), physical, and background check.
