Senior Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist

PEP Housing is seeking a Compliance Specialist to oversee regulatory compliance for affordable housing programs such as LIHTC and HUD. The role includes monitoring compliance documentation, coordinating audits, and maintaining compliance tracking systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years in affordable housing compliance, proficiency with compliance software and Microsoft 365 applications, and strong organizational and analytical skills.
