Product Development Manager

Prestigious international bank seeks a Product Development Manager (Analyst or Associate) with Japanese/English capability. This position is responsible for developing both local and global cash management products. The job also manages key projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the bank and executing the product roadmap to meet business objectives. Enhance global cash management products (Online Banking System for Global Corporate Clients) by working closely with internal stakeholders, such as business, operations, technology and head-office departments in Japan. Provide technical advice and solutions to sales, implementation and client service teams. Build/present product updates, including performance metrics, delivery status and roadmap updates to management. Execute the product vision with the end-to-end experience in mind and guide the overall testing strategy as needed. Translation of English meeting materials and product manuals into Japanese. Requirements 3+ years of experience in IT industry or banking industry (we have flexibility in this criteria) Japanese / English bilingual capability is preferable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a wide array of internal stakeholders. Able to work under pressure to manager tight delivery timelines. Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects. Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field. Benefits Good benefits
