Job Opportunity Prestigious international bank seeks a Bilingual Japanese executive assistant in New York. The position supports the head of the department (member of executive committee) and senior leaders (managing directors). Primary responsibilities are: Travel and meeting arrangement Administrative support for the senior members (70%) Expense report management Gift / entertainment management Account payable (20%) Staff on-boarding / off-boarding Prepare and maintain organization information Requirements 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience at global large corporation Bilingual Japanese and English both oral and written in professional level. Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication skills Hybrid work schedule: 4 days in the office per week SAP Concur and Abira system experiences are PLUS. Benefits Full benefits
