Bilingual Japanese Administrative Specialist

Job OpportunityInternational leasing company seeks Bilingual Japanese Administrative Specialist to support Global Business Development team. Coordinate sales activity with other departments, including Legal, Operations, and Accounting. Originating and proofreading financial proposals in both English and Japanese. Creating and proofreading credit applications in both English and Japanese. Help prepare and proofread legal and due diligence documents in English by working closely with Legal and Accounting Dept. Support sales staff on customer correspondence. Attend internal sales meetings. Coordinate internal and external meetings on behalf of the department. Require 3+ years of related work experience in finance. Not much OT work is expected.
