C-level Executive Secretary
Prestigious International Financial Institution Seeks A Bilingual Japanese Executive Secretary To Provide Secretarial Support To CEO. Duties Include General Clerical, And Project Based Work. Overall Purpose Of Job: Assistance To The CEO And The President Administration: Travel And Expense Management; Budget Recording, Tracking And Monitoring; Conference And Guest Scheduling And Management. Some Executive Level Telephone Support And Document Management. Tokyo Liaison: Translation Of Key Documents; Interface With Senior Management (US, Tokyo)
Requirements
- At least 5+ years experience providing support at the executive level
- BA degree or equivalent experience required
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Team and service oriented
- Fluency in English and Japanese languages
