Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and post advertisements and marketing content across digital channels, including LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Help maintain an active and engaging online presence by monitoring platform activity and supporting timely, professional responses when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, promote company initiatives, and ensure messaging aligns with brand goals
• Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and other outreach efforts
• Track and report on engagement, content performance, and campaign activity to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Contribute fresh ideas, creative input, and flexible support in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service background required
• Previous experience in a marketing-specific role preferred
• Internally motivated and self-directed; highly adaptable with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using LinkedIn and other digital platforms for business promotion
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
